Villa Mayfair

We are pleased to share with you our participation as collaborators in the rehabilitation project of Villa Mayfair, a beautiful historic house located in the city of Barcelona. The preservation and rehabilitation of buildings with history and essence is always good news for any city.

The spaces are recovered combining the existing house and a new complementary construction. On the one hand, we find the original house, rehabilitated as a showroom for all the materials and furniture used and, on the other hand, a new construction designed as a space for meetings, events and social gatherings.

In this project, our Metrowall cladding is applied in an original way, in the form of sliding panels along the two side walls of the main event room of the house. The panels offer versatility of use to the space, while improving the acoustic absorption characteristics, fulfilling both a technical and aesthetic function.
